First contact.

We review every application. If your profile fits the requirements of the role, a member of our People & Culture team will reach out for a video call. In this conversation, we will tell you more about Almirall and the position. We will also want to hear about you: your professional background, your motivations and what inspires you.

Competency Interview.

We conduct a competency-based interview to understand how you act in real situations. You will be asked for concrete examples related to the role and to the key skills we are looking for.

Interviews with your future leader.

You will meet your direct manager and, depending on the role, other members of the team or department. It’s the perfect moment to meet the people you might be working with and ask any questions you have.

Assessment Centre and Technical Tests.

For some positions, we carry out specific assessments and/or an Assessment Centre, designed to evaluate your technical knowledge and explore key competencies for the role.

Onboarding.

Once you accept our offer, your onboarding programme begins. Your manager, your People & Culture partner and your Buddy will be there to ensure you settle in smoothly and that your first steps at Almirall become a meaningful experience.

How can I submit my application?

You can explore all our open roles through the Explore opportunities button in the main menu of this website. Once you click, you will see every active opportunity. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email.

What happens after I submit my application?

You will receive an email confirming that we have received your application. A member of our People & Culture team will review your CV and, if your profile matches what we are looking for, we will contact you within 30 days. If your profile does not match the requirements, we will let you know as soon as possible, and we will keep your information for future openings. 

Can I apply for an internship at Almirall?

Yes. We offer internship programmes in several areas across our different locations. You will gain practical experience while contributing to your development and to the company’s success. You can find current internship opportunities on this page.

What is the Assessment Centre?

It’s part of the selection process and may include presentations, situational exercises and interviews designed to simulate aspects of the role. It consists of several independent activities, each with clear instructions. You will meet some of the people you could work with, along with members of our Talent Acquisition team.
