For more than eight decades, we have innovated to improve people’s lives. Since 2014, our mission has focused on transforming medical dermatology and addressing unmet needs head-on. We work hand in hand with the medical community to understand where the focus should be and to invest in the right resources. Our purpose is sustained by the consistency, empathy and dedication of the people who make Almirall what it is. People who know that true impact is never measured in targets met but in the wellbeing of those who rely on us.

We are taking clear steps towards Net Zero through CO₂ reduction, efficient use of natural resources and a circular approach. Our headquarters in Barcelona is already carbon neutral.

People

We support the growth of our teams through our global DEI commitments, wellbeing and health initiatives and volunteering programmes. In 2024, we dedicated more than 72,000 hours to learning.

Patients

We listen closely to people living with dermatological conditions to understand what they truly need. Every year, more than 640,000 patients benefit from our treatments.

Partners

We collaborate with partners who share our values and help us drive responsible innovation. In 2024, 62% of our investment went to partners with ESG audits.
