Tasks and Responsibilities

•    Develop and execute strong trade marketing plans with strategic retailers across all channels, in line with brand and business objectives for key categories, including supporting key launches.
•    Creation of marketing materials and content, producing effective point of sale material and activities to drive brand - category - activation
•    Close collaboration with Brand and Sales teams to define and run customer activation plans and be instrumental in advancing the categories
•    Deploy all Trade Marketing initiatives to field force in order to ensure an effective implementation of all retailer incentives, customer engagement activities, category management, new product / initiative education, selling stories, events
•    Follow-up and analysis of main KPIs .Track ROI performance metrics of Trade Mktg activities
•    Support growth of eCommerce accounts, working closely with e-KAMs and e-retailers to advance the digital marketing strategy. Responsible for setting, analysing, and coordinating the execution of Finish’s 4 Ps strategy
•    Ensure Trade Marketing initiatives best practice sharing across channels
•    Forecasting and follow-up of Commercial & MKT A&P and SG&A budgets
•    Support Brand teams in Brand Plans creation and feed Marketing teams with actionable insights and customer feedback
•    Monitor key competitors point of sale activities

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in pharmaceutical marketing (ideally) or Business administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing (ideally pharmaceutical industry.
