Mission

Support the implementation of diverse culture and people engagement initiatives, and the follow up of the Culture transformation journey evolution.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Culture initiatives implementation / follow up
•    Reviews and follows up the different culture initiatives and updates the Culture scorecard which includes the activities and their corresponding  KPI’s.
•    Supports in preparing follow up presentations of the Culture transformation journey.
•    Assists in culture budget follow up.
•    Helps and support the team in any other daily task.


Rewards & Recognition
•    Helps to design and plan the process of the different recognition initiatives.
•    Coordinates the different phases of each initiative.
•    Support for the Awards submissions and preparation.


Leadership Development
•    Support designing and preparing the plan for the 360 Feedback launch or other possible leadership assessment that should be implemented (LSP, Hogan…).
•    Helps to prepare aggregated results of the 360 Feedback and others.
•    Prepare the employee data to coordinate a proper launch.


Communication and Change Management
•    Support designing and preparing the editorial plan of the Communication and Change Management Plan
•    Co-create the culture app scorecard and follow up the employee engagement through the KPI’s defined (Participation in the different challenges, satisfaction surveys…)
•    Helps to identify how strengthen the employee participation and create templates for the Culture ambassadors can send it to their colleagues. 
•    Follow up Editorial plan and execute some of the news and challenges designed. 


Culture Pulses
•    Helps to prepare the culture pulses and other ad hoc surveys and their communication package to invite employees, follow up the participation and closure.
•    Prepares Culture pulse presentations results analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. 
•    Analyzes culture results and get insights to understand the impact of the Culture initiatives we are currently implementing.
 

Education

•    Degree in Social Sciences, preferably in Psychology or Pedagogy.
•    Complementary training in HR and/or Communication is valued.
 

Experience

•    Previous experience in Corporate positions and with an international impact will be valued.

•    The ability to operate in English and Spanish
•    The ability to work as part of a team
•    The ability to work accurately, with good attention to detail
•    Strong administrative and organizational skills
•    The ability to work with MS office package (Word, Excel, PwP)
•    Verbal and written communication skills
