Mission

Managing direct purchase category: Pharmaceutical Finished Product. Definition of the management strategy of the external manufacturers and its implementation. Coordination through the organization to assure good performance in terms of cost, service and quality, ensuring the proper alignment and contribution to the Industrial Areas’ priorities and the compliance of policies, strategies and processes in the area of responsibility.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Definition of general objectives and the strategy of the categories, assuring the best cost and quality.
• Manage the implementation of the strategy of Exnternal Sites Operations as well as the execution of the new relationship model with external manufacturers, ensuring the tracking of the objectives and the action plans.
• Internally coordinate operations from all areas with assigned manufacturers
• Lead the execution of contracts and manage their accomplishment for the assigned categories.
• Develop and manage partnership with suppliers and strategic suppliers.

Education

• University degree, preferably technical.

Specific Knowledge

• Global supply chain planning
• Negotiation and medium level contractual management.
• Experience in Project Management
• Knowledge and experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Advanced English level (spoken and written).
• Customer orientation
• Proactive, energetic and committed person.
• Empathic, flexible and pragmatic person.
• Microsoft Windows Office domain and relevant IT tools (very valuable knowledge of SRM-SAP).

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in International Purchasing
• Previous experience in the purchasing direct area.
• Pharma industry experience
