The Product Manager combines strong strategic thinking with a hand on mentality to achieve the ambitious goals for the assigned product.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the local marketing launch plan for the assigned product with global brand team guidance, develop and implement the long term local strategy and future brandplans.
  • Develop local promotional, informational and educational materials and programs in close collaboration with the global brandteam supporting the brand and customer needs.
  • Responsible for brand forecasting and demand planning, manage the brand A&P budget.
  • Co-build a strong brand team resulting in the best collaboration and synergy with medical and sales.
  • Collaborate with sales and medical to build and maintain a strong Key Opinion Leader network with physicians and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Motivate and support the sales force, respond to relevant needs and feedback from the market.
  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of the brand objectives.
  • Actively collaborate with the global and local marketing and medical teams, learn and share best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate relevant developments and changes in the market and identify new opportunities.

Education

Bachelor or Master degree.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience as a product manager.
  • Experience with first and second line marketing.
  • Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing a brand strategy.
  • Experience with budget management.
