Intern Becario/a R&D Procurement

Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our procurement team in the R&D department of a leading pharmaceutical company. As a procurement trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing and contribute to the development of innovative products that enhance people's lives.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the procurement team in identifying and selecting suppliers for services related to pharmaceutical research and development.
• Learn how to launch complex RFI’s(request for information)  to identify and select new supplier for RFP for Clinical Trials
• Participate in the supplier evaluation and selection process, considering factors such as quality, price, delivery time, and regulatory compliance.
• Run comparative analysis (qualitative and quantitative) of supplier proposals to support informed decision-making.
• Support in creating the selection criteria scenarios for supplier selections.
• Participate in Market Intelligence management
• Support in contractual activities
• Support in eBuy PR approvals when needed.
• Contribute to identifying process improvement opportunities in procurement and participate in solution implementation.

Education

• Active student or recent graduate
• Knowledge of office package such as Microsoft Excel and Power point
