Intern / Becario/a Indirect Procurement

Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Procurement Department. As a Procurement trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic Sourcing.

Roles and responsibilities

- Support the Procurement team in the supplier identification and selection processes

- Learn how to run RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) processes

- Take part in the supplier evaluation and selection process

- Run comparative analysis (qualitative and quantitative) of supplier proposals to support the decision-making process

- Support in contractual activities

- Support in Purchasing request approval

Education

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration or Economics.

Specific knowledge

• Advanced Level/ Native Spanish
• Advanced Level of English
• Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
