Mission

Almirall is looking for a Global People Communications Trainee to join the Global People Communications & Change Management team and provide support to different tasks within the People & Culture department, including communications & change management projects and campaigns and events organization.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Collaborate and provide support in the different tasks of the People & Culture department which include the following areas:
  • Management of Communications & Change Management projects and campaigns.
  • Relationship with external suppliers.
  • Participation in the editorial calendar scheduling and coordination with the Corporate Communications team.
  • Tracking of all activities to measure impact.
  • Management and coordination of internal and external events.

Education

• Preferably a degree in Communication / Journalism / Advertisement, or a related field. We’re flexible!
• Additional post-graduate education is desirable, but not a must!  

Specific Knowledge

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Project management skills
• Excellent English and Spanish skills
• Advanced level of Office 365
• Experience using and managing Sharepoint sites
• Previous knowledge and experience using Canva
• Basic knowledge of video and photo editing tools
