Mission

As a Trainee in Medical Excellence and Operations, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the projects of the Medical Excellence and Operations team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic and cross-functional team to enhance processes, drive capabilities, and ensure quality and operational excellence across medical affairs activities. You will assist in coordinating projects and contributing to strategic initiatives. The position is ideal for a candidate eager to develop skills in medical affairs, project management and operation excellence.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of key medical projects (e.g., medical meetings, medical project planning and medical congress/ events coordination).

• Medical Information: support Medical information service at global level following medical information processes

• Data and Insights: Support field medical metrics analysis and reporting to identify trends and enhance visibility of field medical operations.

• Process Optimization: Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in preparing materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., newsletters, insight reports, meeting summaries).
