Information Security Specialist in Identity and Access Management 1 1 1 1

Mission

The Information Security Specialist is responsible for Security Operations and Project Execution, with special focus on: vulnerability management, IT Security Infrastructure, supervision of external services, Security Framework follow-up and internal regulatory framework.

Gradual focus on Security Projects Execution is foreseen as part of the role evolution.

The Information Security Specialist will be part of a 3-person team focused on Information Security and one person focused on IT Quality.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and execution of the on-going Information Security Roadmap of Almirall.
• Internal responsible for Security projects, full accountability for project management.
• Internal responsible for the Security operations related to Vulnerability Management.
• Support the Quality Management role of the department.
• Liaise with IT Infrastructure and Operations.

 Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Certified Information Security professional is a plus (e.g. ISACA CISM).

 Specific knowledge

• System Administration
• Project Management.
• Risk Management methodologies.
• Industry standards such as NIST Cyber-Security Framework or ISO 27000.
• Security technologies in both in-house and cloud-based environments.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Others will be a plus.

 Experience

• Risk-oriented professional with more than 5 years of experience combining IT Security, Risk Management, IT Audit and Project management.
• Proved experience in: System Administration, Vulnerability Management, Security Infrastructure, Endpoint and Infrastructure protection, Design of Key Risk Indicators, Maturity frameworks, etc.
