Global Compliance Training & Communication Manager

Mission

The Global Promotional Compliance Specialist will be part of the Global Compliance organization with a responsibility for training, communication & awareness, and monitoring, and will be the compliance digital support and primary contact. Together with the Global Compliance organization, will be responsible for fostering a culture of compliance internally. The Global Promotional Compliance Specialist reports functionally (firm line) to a member of Global Compliance & Privacy team.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Training:

  • Define the annual training program and objectives for the compliance team, in coordination with the legal training objectives.
  • Keep up to date and develop training courses with the available tools (isEazy, etc.).
  • Work in coordination with the Global Learning team to assign training courses in the Learning Management System (LMS), follow up and report training completion rates
  • Work with the Local Compliance Officers to achieve global mandatory training completion, as well as keeping an oversight on local training initiatives.
  • Document and store training documentation (assignment profiles, follow up reports, etc.), and use it when working with internal audit in their annual exercises.
  • Identify new training needs and reminders considering areas of risk and new legislations.
  • Manage global training program to achieve defined KPIs and ESG reporting.

 

Communication & Awareness:

  • Define a communication strategy for the legal & compliance department.
  • Plan for key communication initiatives throughout the year, work with the legal & compliance team to develop materials accordingly and launch different communication campaigns.
  • Contact third parties when needed to develop materials for a communication initiative.
  • Work with the Internal Communication team to roll out relevant business communications.
  • Work closely with External comms to provide advice in social media initiatives roll out communications when needed.
  • Manage and maintain the Global internal Repository for the Legal & Compliance department: coordinate any modifications to the repository (content, configuration, etc.). Work with the legal & compliance team to achieve this, as well as other departments when needed: IT, internal communications, etc.
  • Oversight the functioning of PromoMats (contents revision tool) in coordination with the Commertial team BPO to grant that the internal processes as per SOP are maintained and any upgrade or change respect the compliance requirements acting as business partner and system user.

 

Monitoring:

Regularly monitor areas such as:

  • Training courses
  • Social Media posts & websites
  • Material review and content management

Have the ability to request and / or pull the needed raw data for each of the areas above. Be able to analyze this data and break it down to get the relevant information for the compliance program objectives. Define KPIs with these objectives in mind and be able to analyze raw data reports to regularly monitor the different compliance program areas.

Education & Experience

  • University degree or equivalent 
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Compliance
  • Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in compliance (Rx or OTC), Healthcare or Medical Devices.
