Mission
We are looking for a Temporary Compensation and Benefits Specialist to act as our new member of the Corporate Compensation and Benefits (C&B) team.
This role involves providing efficient and excellent service support in Compensation and Benefits responsibilities to all Almirall employees. We are looking for a proactive profile, curious about current projects and practices in the C&B area
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead C&B matters in the designated areas/countries, answering the C&B queries from his/her designated countries/areas.
- Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking.
- Make Compensation offers proposals under company guidelines to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Manage the Flexible Compensation Plan, acting as the primary contact for employees in Spain regarding flexible compensation issues and assisting employees with contracting services/products addressing related queries.
- Coordinate with P&C Administration team to update change of salaries and benefits for further processing on time.
- Coordination of personnel planning. Personnel expenses, headcount, FTEs in Spain and global Headcount consolidation.
- Responsible for the budgeting calculation in Spain, interacting with P&C Business Partners and with area controllers in finance. Being the main point of contact for P&C and Finance in the yearly budget exercise.
- Ad-hoc support in C&B projects: participate and provide support in various C&B projects.
- Ensure compliance with P&C policies and procedures.
Education
- Degree (Master / Bachelor) in Labor Relations, Business, Law, Sciences.
- Complementary post-graduate studies in HR is a plus.
- English fluency spoken and written.
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administration tasks, reporting, customer service, ideally in an HR/Finance department.
- Experience in an industrial / multinational sector is desirable.
