Mission
In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless coordination of engagement channels and information flows, maintaining an updated library of key processes and tools. Your proactive approach to analyzing data and processes will help us stay ahead of market trends and continuously improve our tools and activities.
Overall responsibilities include:
- Coordination and Information Flow: Ensure the smooth coordination of different engagement channels and information flows around the client. Maintain an updated library of key processes and tools (such as CRM) and continuously seek improvements as the market evolves.
- Data & Technology Capabilities: Set up data and technology capabilities to effectively utilize content and support omnichannel transformation.
- Proactive Improvement: Analyze data and processes, propose improvements to current tools and processes, and stay knowledgeable about technology and tools used in the pharma industry.
- Global Interaction: Frequently interact with Almirall affiliates to ensure guidelines are applied and adapt work to local specific requirements.
- Business Process Owner: Responsible for the management and coordination of changes/improvements and overall oversight of Veeva Vault Promomats for Content management and approvals and Eloqua for marketing campaigns automation.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Omnichannel Strategy Execution: Work closely with the Global Omnichannel Strategy lead to drive the execution of omnichannel strategy at the local affiliate level.
- Content Integration: Ensure content developed by marketing for promotional campaigns and channels seamlessly integrates with downstream applications and is readily available for analytics and reporting.
- Modular Content Templates: Partner with global marketing to define modular “content templates” with tagged elements to support reusability and efficient scaling.
- Expertise Development: Coordinate with other capability leads to develop the required expertise in data, analytics, and technology to support the omnichannel strategy.
- Channel Adoption: Focus on increasing the adoption of multiple channels (traditional and digital) and ensure the availability of content to support execution.
- Standardization: Work with country engagement teams to standardize processes and ensure that the required data and technology capabilities are set up to support business needs.
- Performance Reporting: Coordinate the preparation of reports and dashboards on the performance of omnichannel campaigns and tactics across countries.
- Best Practices: Look for and share best practices in omnichannel execution and implementation across countries.
Education
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required. A graduate degree in a healthcare, business, or economic field is preferred
Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the life sciences environment, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry and/or related strategic consulting services.
- Digital Trends Knowledge: Good knowledge of digital trends and specifically omnichannel implementation in pharma.
- Pharmaceutical Processes: Familiarity with pharmaceutical commercial processes (sales, sampling, etc.) and data.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools. Ideally, knowledge of Microsoft data management tools/databases (e.g., PowerBI).
- CRM Knowledge: Ideally, good knowledge of Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault/Promomats and/or Salesforce.com tools and data models.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English.
