Mission


Reporting to the External Sites Operations Executive Director, the main objective for this position will be planning the manufacturing and provisioning of Finished Goods and bulk products manufactured by our Third Parties with a high level of understanding the trade-offs between service, inventory and costs.

Main Responsibilities


Supply management and planning of finished and semi-finished products manufactured by third parties through:
•    Inventory planning and definition of the supply plan 
•    Providing Almirall's rolling supply forecast and purchase orders to third parties, in accordance with the conditions established in the contracts.
•    Monitoring supply orders
•    Monitoring and claiming orders and delays, lack of service or lack of specifications.
•    Coordination and management of changes in packaging material specifications, etc., ensuring correct communication with external suppliers and monitoring their implementation.
•    KPIs definition and service level monitoring
•    Participation in Business Review Meetings with the suppliers in charge
•    Participation in the different Project teams.
•    Maintaining procurement-relevant master data in SAP
•    Conduct follow-up meetings with Demand Planning, Sales and Operations, including participation in S&OP processes.

 

Required Profile


•    University Degree (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or other relevant discipline) or equivalent qualification. 
•     At least 1-year experience in Supply Planning or Supply Chain Management in medium-size or big corporations. 
•     Experience working with SAP and Office Suite, specially Excel. 
•     Previous experience managing Contract Manufacturers will be considered
•    Previous experience in Pharmaceutical industry will be considered
•     Analytic mindset, flexibility and proactivity identifying and solving issues
•     High level of English (both written and speaking) at different levels in the organization
•     Good communication skills with diverse stakeholders
