Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Procurement Department. As a Procurement CoE trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic sourcing, Procurement tools & processes, Procurement analytics and Sustainable procurement.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support Lead Buyers in implementing sourcing & contract best practices, in performing category analysis and potential strategies
• Support the Know-Your-Supplier due diligence process during onboarding and support the risk monitoring in our recurrent supply base
• Support the category-risk mapping and identification of critical suppliers in order to prioritize the areas of relative importance to the business for risk evaluation, value and performance and implement any strategy designed to mitigate and monitor such risk.
• Prepare analysis, reports, and Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and identify opportunities (supplier base optimization, supplier engagement opportunities, main KPIs improvement, contract strategies, red flag reports, etc)
• Solve functional doubts regarding procurement processes & tools from internal stakeholders or suppliers across the board, performing customer care operational activities to solve procurement issues raised.
• Audit and analysis of own processes and policies to ensure full compliance and detect possible improvements and efficiencies. 

Education

• Degree in Business, Finance, Law or Engineering

Specific Knowledge

• Fluent in English and Spanish is essential
• Knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI
