Mission

Within the frame set by the HR Corporate strategy and guidelines, his/her mission will be to develop and deploy all HR processes and programs in the R&D area, work in partnership with business to translate business needs into HR requirements and walk the talk of Almirall culture.

Reporting to the HR (People & Culture) Director of R&D and MC Iberia.

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Responsible to implement processes, projects and initiatives at a business level and support the specific communications activities.

• Work actively in a Team with Talent Acquision to recruit the R&D capabilities and talent needed.

• Build a strong internal networking with the management of the area, with the aim of becoming a person of reference and advisor on HR / people management topics and move projects forward.

• Participate in Work council and Health and Safety committees representing the company.

• Work in coordination with HR Shared Sservices and promote teamwork to achieve goals.

• Ambassador of company culture in customer service operations.

• Manage the services between the Shared Services and Centers of Excellence (e.g. total rewards) and the business.

• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to create innovative HR solutions and provide feedback to the about HR solutions effectiveness.

• Support the leadership path and identify and help develop the talent pipeline of the R&D area.

Education

• Bachelor´s degree (Business, Psycholoy or similar).

• Additional formal educaion in HR will be a plus.

• Exellent Spanish & English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Experience

• More than 5 years of experience in similar role within an international environment.

• Demonstrable track record in working within a HR Management role, preferable within a complex environment, international teams and matrix organizations.

• Experience working with the R&D area is a plus.
