Mission
Reporting into the Spain Dermatology Marketing Leader, the Derma Product Manager is accountable for supporting in leading the National Launch Team, partnering with the different functions to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary launch execution and strategic planning at local level for a new biologic agent in the Dermatology space, , bringing competitive patient solutions in the Derma landscape that helps the right patients achieve their goal.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the launch and LCM of a strategic asset in the business unit of Immuno-Dermatology.
- Create robust launch and LCM platform for the brand as part of the Launch Team, partner with the different functions to orchestrate successful multidisciplinary launch execution at local level.
- Efficient understanding of the market and the ecosystem in Dermatology and integration of the patient and HCP insights in the brand strategy.
- Develop integrated campaigns and brand plans capable of meeting the developments and changes that the current era in the pharmaceutical industry puts forward.
- Create, develop and manage omnichannel initiatives and digital content and innovative initiatives that integrate the company’s marketing strategies and align all the company networks to guarantee success.
- Secure sophisticated, targeted and more efficient scientific communication using optimally all communication channels to create value for our all key stakeholders and for the patients.
- Contribute to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including (but not limited to) market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation, and input into Global strategy.
- Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
- Contribute to the strategic planning in Derma space, partnering with medica and market access teams to uncover new opportunities in the landscape that will enhance the portfolio of Almirall in the medical Dermatology.
Education
- University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or Economics.

Experience & specific knowledge
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Biologics’ Product Manager Senior in hospital environments.
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and plans, as well as its implementation and monitoring, including successful track record with product launches.
- Experience in budget preparation and management.
- Desirable expertise in Dermatology Prescription Marketing.
- English at an excellent level is essential.
