The IT Quality Specialist is responsible for the quality system definition and maintenance, the quality assurance operations in IT, detect and avoid compliance risk related to our sector-specific regulations (GxP), IT Quality control activities, coordination of audit program on IT, and awareness and compliance with the defined quality standards in all IT delivery.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Building and managing the IT Quality system (policy, procedures, guidelines, methodologies, audit plans), entailing the development and maintenance of policies and procedures aligned with the Corporate Quality Assurance, IT, Internal Audit groups and IT best practices.

• Determination of GxP relevance of IT projects and changes.

• GxP Compliance risk assessment.

• Supervising GxP validation of IT infrastructure systems and Quality initiatives or continuous improvement projects.

• Executing all control activities demanded by regulatory requirements to IT, e.g. infrastructure qualification compliance, support to DPC regular audits, etc.

• Coordinating and execution of all the audits on the IT domain and the derived action plans: e.g. develop, work and report the IT Compliance Controls in the contect of SCIIF requirements (Stock Exchange), support the financial audits controls on IT, audits by Partners, etc.


  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, computer science or equivalent experience.

Specific Knowledge

• Audit methodologies and mindset: control activities, tracking, follow-up, risk assessment.

• GxP Regulations (GAMP)

• Data Privacy

• Project Management

• Risk Management methodologies

• Good communication skills

• Fluent in English and Spanish. Others will be a plus.


• Audit-oriented professional with more than 5 years of experience combining IT Quality, Compliance, Risk Management and Project management.

• GDPR Adoption program (implementation of GDPR requirements).
