Mission

This is an opportunity to boost your professional career into the finance area close to France and Benelux businesses. In your role, you will report to the Finance Directors of the respective market companies and will contribute to the financial control of P&L, guaranteeing the adequate follow-up and financial support to the Business Teams and the General Management.

Your job purpose will be:

  • Ensure efficient financial control according to legal, local and global policies and procedures.
  • Support the business performance via BP&A and budget controlling.
  • Provide relevant financial and non-financial data to key stakeholders, with robust analysis and explanation around variances.

Tasks & Responsabilities

  • Provide financial partnership to the Business Teams.
  • Supporting role in the annual Budget and Planning Exercises preparation with the different departments ensuring France and Benelux performance ratios are aligned with corporate guidelines.
  • Support in monthly Reporting Packages, especially Opex variance analysis.
  • Monitor and control local accounting following corporate and local guidelines.
  • Financial monitoring of the economic contractual conditions relating to the business.
  • Ad-hoc finance partnership.
  • Manage internal and external accounting guidelines (IFRS and local GAAPs).
  • Collaboration and interaction with Global Shared Service functions in HQs (AP, GL and Tax).

Education

  • Degree in Economics or Business Administration.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • ERP systems (e g SAP, BO, Power BI), Hyperion and MS Office tools.
  • Minimum 2 year experience in a financial department, within the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry is a plus.
